Thanks to ‘individually quick frozen’ (IQF) technology, the cellular structure of the cheese isn’t broken down when freezing. With an incredibly fresh texture, it tastes as if it was made the same day.
A product that has been frozen using the IQF technique can be stored for up to 12 months.
