These are pot-set yoghurts, made the traditional way, which brings out the natural flavours and enhanced health benefits. In pot-set yogurt, the milk is cultured and allowed to set directly in the final container. This undisturbed process allows the bacteria to ferment the milk more thoroughly, leading to a more developed and pronounced flavour profile. Mundella yoghurt is full of billions of live cultures, super thick and creamy, and contains more protein because of the authentic fermentation in the pot.
