Kiri is a mild fresh cream cheese made in Poland and popular in France. Soft, spreadable and delicious, it adds a certain indefinable something that other cream cheeses lack in cooking – it’s softer and less dense with a higher proportion of cream (similar to sour cream). It’s also addictive as a spread on bread or crackers.
