I Pastai is an artisan pasta maker with Italian roots and a home in Western Australia, combining traditional Italian techniques with quality local ingredients and imported Italian flours. Founded by chefs Luca and Fabio, who share more than 20 years of experience in restaurants and hotels around the world, I Pastai draws on their Italian heritage and passion for the history, traditions and culture of pasta to create its range.
