GF Batter is an Australian-owned food manufacturer specialising in gluten free battered and crumbed products inspired by the traditional fish and chip shop experience.

Founded by Sonia and Toni, the business draws on more than 40 years of combined experience in fresh fish shops and gluten free fish and chip outlets, with the company beginning its gluten free journey in 2001 and developing its own batter blend by 2014.

Produced in a dedicated 100% gluten free facility, the range includes battered seafood, crumbed products and gluten free batter mixes designed for both retail and foodservice channels.
