The Pomella family began making cheese in 1929 in the rich and fertile heart of
Ciociaria in Frosinone in central Italy.
Thanks to ?individually quick frozen? (IQF) technology, the the cellular structure of the
cheese isn?t broken down when freezing. With an incredibly fresh texture, they taste
as if they were made the same day.
A product that has been frozen using the IQF technique can be stored for up to 12
months
