Naturally effervescent mineral water from a spring in Victoria’s Central Highlands spa district. Located deep in the protected native Wombat State Forest at the top of the Great Dividing Range, where the abundant annual rainfall is over 1000ml, it is some of the purest mineral water in the world, due to it’s high elevation. The geological conditions in Daylesford produce naturally carbonated water: when the water-table is pushed to the surface through ancient layers of sandstone, shale and silt, naturally bubbly springs manifest.

The water is equal in mineral content to some of Europe’s most venerated mineral spas: 2.5 grams of dissolved mineral salts in every litre of water – some of the highest in the world. This includes potassium and magnesium, two critical minerals essential for optimal mind and body functioning. Mineral water enhances overall health and wellbeing: said to lower blood pressure, improve bone health, aid digestion, assist with muscle performance, maintain electrolyte balance, reduce the risk of kidney stones and improve the skin.
