Viking Platter’s pickled herrings are sourced from Klädesholmen Seafood AB, a co-operative of four fishing families working the Swedish west coast since 1859. The herring is caught in the North Atlantic and Norwegian Sea and matured in barrels using traditional recipes. The range includes Matjes, Onion, Anchovy Spice, Mustard, Dill and Pickled varieties, in 575g and 250g jars.

Sourced from an 1859-founded Swedish fishing co-operative, these herrings carry real Scandinavian heritage that private-label jars can’t match.
