DAYLESFORD & HEPBURN SPARKLING MINERAL WATER FLAVOURS
Australian grown fruit juice blended with naturally effervescent mineral water from a spring in Victoria’s Central Highlands spa district. Located deep in the protected native Wombat State Forest at the top of the Great Dividing Range, where the abundant annual rainfall is over 1000ml, it is some of the purest mineral water in the world, due to it’s high elevation.
The water is equal in mineral content to some of Europe’s most venerated mineral spas: 2.5 grams of dissolved mineral salts in every litre of water – some of the highest in the world. Unlike most mineral water on the market, these waters do NOT undergo carbon filtration, which strips the water of most of its innate mineral goodness.

Daylesford & Hepburn Mineral Springs Co. craft a range of organic drinks and premium natural mineral waters sourced from a pristine spring in the idyllic Daylesford region in the central highlands of Victoria. This historic ‘Spa Country’ has been a mecca for rest and recuperation since 1900.
The company was founded in 2006 by Brylie Rankine on the principles of local sourcing and community benefit. Alarmed at the proliferation of imported mineral water in a region renowned for it’s mineral springs, Brylie seized the opportunity to share this gift of natural mineral water with the rest of Australia and the world.
